60-days of Protection

You're spending hard-earned dollars training your staff. What happens if they're  gone two weeks after they start? We're here to help you through it. Just send us the departed employee's name, and who you've hired to replace him. We'll train your new hire quickly and easily online, for FREE (within a 30 day period).

Why 60 days?

In our experience, servers can sell double, triple or even quadruple the amount of wine they normally sell within days of finishing our training.  Within 60 days of passing the course, they should have brought in more than enough in extra wine sales to pay for their online course. Should they leave within 60 days, we revoke their certificate.

Certification Revoked

We will revoke Culinary Wine Institute's certification for any server who leaves within 60 days of joining your team. This protects you from servers hearing of your commitment to training, getting a job with you just to get wine-sales certified, and then quickly departing.

Peace of Mind 

We are committed to your success. One of the outcomes we see from restaurants that use our training is that slowly over time, area servers and managers hear about your training and want to join your team.  You end up with higher quality staff and turnover decreases.
