Game Changer Network brings you the
NBI Assessment Tool
The use of the NBI ™ instruments can help you…
The NBI™ Thinking Preference Assessment is a powerful neuroscience-based psychological assessment. Based on modern insights from the fields of neuroscience, creativity and psychology, the assessments help individuals, leaders, teams and organizations unlock their full potential. The NBI™ framework provides insights into left hemisphere (local processing), right hemisphere (global processing), cognitive and affective types of thinking. Such insights can lead to enhancement in the areas of social-emotional intelligence, self-awareness, creativity, leadership, communication, team performance, presentations, conflict resolution and more.
The assessments are completed online, take approximately 20 minutes to complete and are only available through a licensed NBI™ consultant. The assessments are the most extensive battery of thinking preference instruments available. A typical NBI report is approximately 5 to 7 pages long and includes a four quadrant visual display as well as pages of reading material customized to your results. The General Adult Assessment (the mostly commonly used profile) also includes of a visual display of eight key thinking dimensions.
For our local Park City contacts, assessments are available for $97 each. (My husband, Martin Fox, is an award-winning CEO advisor and high-performance psychologist. He usually charges a minimum of $10,000 for his clients to have access to these; of course, he's also advising them as to what the data means and how they can create world-class teams. The assessment results, however, are simple enough for small business owners to understand. I've used them to hire the right people for my businesses and I love them.)
